The idea is excellent, but I don't think it works for every type of TV. I still have not managed to get the TV to clip into place. TV hangs pretty flush against the wall without clipping in the bottom, so it does some of what it is supposed to.

Update: It's been 6 months and my TV is still on the wall. I've never been able to clip the bottom of the rack with the pull levers but it sits heavy on top of the top rack and so far that's been secure enough.
