Position: Sales Orders Administrator:
INTERNAL SALES CONSULTANT
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Capturing/processing of all Purchase Orders
· Checking Sales Order on Sap vs the customer's Purchase Order
· Downloading Purchase Orders from various customer portals
· Processing Proforma Invoices within a time frame
· Communication with Sales Reps /Agents
· Relieve Receptionist
· General filing · Ad hoc clerical work

JOB REQUIREMENT:
· Matric · Previous sales experience - Retailers
· Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel; Internet Explorer & MS Outlook (emails)
· Good communication skills - verbal and written
· Ability to multitask · Attention to Detail/Alert
· Ability to work independently
